Who We Are
Welcome to Equip, where we equip youth with the truth and empower them with the knowledge they need to navigate life's most important decisions with confidence and clarity. Our Mission is profound: to provide young people with the scientific facts, essential skills, and unwavering support needed to foster self-respect, cultivate healthy relationships, and achieve optimal health and life success while avoiding the risky behavior that could surprisingly affect it all: teen sex.
What We Do
Through interactive workshops, presentations, and discussions, we aim to equip them with the knowledge of the proven benefits of avoiding teen sex, coupled with the confidence and resilience they need to resist peer pressure and negative societal expectations. We empower students to develop critical thinking skills, establish healthy boundaries created from high expectations and self-confidence, and make decisions that prioritize their physical, emotional, and relational well-being.

Our teenagers are fully capable of understanding and making powerful decisions and goals for themselves about friendship, love, sex, and marriage. Together, let's inspire and equip youth to set high standards, knowing this community rallies around them to embrace their potential and make positive choices to build a future they can be proud of.
How We Know
At Equip we know it is vital to maintain the highest level of specialized knowledge and skill in this critically essential area of education. Our educators are subject matter experts which means they have extensive training and education specifically in sexual risk avoidance and healthy relationship education, including formal education, certifications, and continuing education.

They have distinguished themselves through the national SRA organization, Ascend, by earning and maintaining their designation of SRAS, Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist, enabling them to apply the most current sexual health research, data, and trends in the classroom. Additionally, they are credentialed to teach healthy relationships curriculum, RealEssentials, through The Center for Relationship Education, as well as Decisions, Choices, and Options which include yearly seminars, keeping all information up to date and accurate.
